C51-500 client

Tv connected to c51-500 client only plays in black and white. Replace hdmi cable, rebooted client, hit reset button still no change. Started a couple of weeks ago, before that worked fine.

What happens if you try a different HDMI input on the TV? Have you tried putting the C51 on a different TV to see if the issue remains

I tried other inputs, still b&w.  Don’t have another tv that I can get close to c51..

Hard to say if it's a TV issue or a C51 issue. Do you have another HDMI video source you can connect to that TV, like a BluRay player or videogame console?

Try resetting the main Genie.

Can you Connect another Video Source to the TV --Like a DVD player or if it's a smart TV -Open a app and see if it displays in color. IF the DVD player or App works in Color -it NOT The TV.  If another Source doesn't display in color --then the TV is the Issue
