Cable Line Moved or Additional Cable Line Added

I have a cable line on one wall in the great room and would like to move the TV to the opposite wall. AT&T internet, along with a line for cable in master bedroom, is on the same wall that I would like to move the TV to.  Which is more cost effective to do - move the existing Direct TV line or drop down another line?
