cabling

I have a HR22 receiver, I want to add another receiver now and a third in the next year and also have the ability to do whole home DVR.

Three questions

1 Do I need quad shield cable or can I use standard shield if I keep it away from any EMF sources or EMT lines ?

2 Does it need to be solid copper or can I use copper clad steel if it is rated at 3ghz.

3 How many RG6 cables do i need to bring to each new receiver?

Thanks

1. You don't need Quad Shield RG6.

2. DirecTV's approved cable is RG6 Solid Copper Core.

3.  If you're getting DirecTV's supported WHDVR installation, you'll get a Single Wire Multiswitch upgrade, so only one RG6 is required per Receiver or DVR.
