Call Customer Service (920)

My reciever is not downloading Guide information.   Had a Tech at my home today and he had evrything working fine.   Now, on screen msg Guide missing info, has not been downloaded for XX hours.  Call Customer Service (920)  After about 10 hours it will reset the reciever.  Have really good Satellite signal.

There is a good chance that your system is set for the wrong dish type or you are not getting satellite 119 signals.  Here is a link to a thread that explains the potential problems in detail.  Note the last few posts may not apply to you.
