Called ID All of a Sudden Not Working Since The New CentryLink Upgrade

Hi All,

Hoping I am posting this question in the correct forum.

 

Previous to the new CentryLink upgrade (Qwest was the old provider), my called ID on my receivers worked perfectly, telephone line with DSL filters.  Now after the upgrade (totally different called ID screen with the CenturyLink logo), nothing will work unless I program in all the 'known' telephone numbers so it can appear on the screen.  So if a number is not programed, nothing will display.   I guess CenturyLink expects me to be physic to know all the phone numbers that will have an incoming call so it can be programmed.  Seriously, what a joke!

 

Anyone aware of these changes and how to resolve?  I just want Caller ID back so every phone call regardless if it is programmed will show up on the screen.  Hopefully I have posted enough info, if not I will update if I need to provide more.
