Can I connect an Antenna for HD over the air channels to my DVR HR23-700?

I am a new customer to DirecTV.  I need to receive the local channels, not the Eastern feed.  Can I connect an antenna for over the air HD channels to my HD DVR Receiver? 

There is a "2nd Satellite" connection that is open on the back of my receiver, and it is the ONLY other input other than "1st Satellite" which is also coaxel cable.

So... can this be done?  Can I receive over the air channels through my DirecTV equipment?
