Can I use the Slimline 5 LNB for International Programming?
I am asking if for WorldDirect International programming, can I use the Reverse Band Slimline 5 Dish? Or can I only use the Slimline 3 Dish? I mean if I can use this LNB for International Programming now that we only need one Dish for it

@TexasBrit, I might need to make a new post, but if I want @DIRECTVhelp to answer my question, you might as well tell them not to answer that one.

DTV help decides what post they answer, no one here has any way to contact them.

@litzdog911, @TexasBrit, and @shannon02, speaking of WorldDirect, when I go to the official channel lineup at directv.com, PREFERRED CHOICE ALL-IN has no channels included. Here’s the link to see it: https://www.directv.com/satellite/channel-lineup/?lang=worlddirect
However, you might need to choose on a category, or change it to A-Z to see it.

With respect to International Channels, Preferred Choice All In would be the same as Preferred Choice. Remember that any of these international channels require a separate subscription.

Yes. But verify that when you call to order.

@litzdog911, imagine if DIRECTV did something like that. It would be the same as WorldDirect, but instead of International channels (available as separate options), you add channel packs

@litzdog911, or when I go online to order. Also, I wish DIRECTV customers can customize their package to include all the channels they want for a low price.

WE've been through this issue often. Channels are sold in packages by the channel providers, and you can't unbundle them.

Yeah. But this time, it’s not TV related. What if DIRECTV made its own Internet service? I haven’t thought of a name yet.

@litzdog911, I’ll need to do that in case I get Preferred Choice All In. But I won’t be able to get the following channels in that package:
If I want those networks, I will have to avoid getting WorldDirect and get the normal packages.

Already has a name DTV Streaming and it has to get the programing from the same sources.
