can I use wireless plc ethernet and wireless phone jack together?

my TV is set up in an area with no phone jack and no ethernet connection.  to hook up my ethernet to the directv box I have been using a wireless plc ethernet connection to my router.  I haven't had the phone jack connected to the directv box in the past, but I want to for caller id purposes.  can I use a wireless phone jack on the same outlet as my wireless ethernet connection, or will then confilct?  thanks.

Its never been done before but it can not conflict when you connect the phone jack because the phone jack and the ethernet port are separated now if you like to use the Ippv option maybe then you'll get some issues because the DVR will choose the ethernet port for that and not the phone jack. I advise you to first try using the ethernet and phone (wired) and see if you get a conflict then try your wireless divices.

I've had mixed success with powerline-based phone jack extenders.  Be sure you get one that specifically states it's compatible with "modem" devices.  I think it can co-exist with your powerline networking, but I'm not sure.  Give it a try.  If it messes up the internet connection then you'll know.  Just be sure you can return it.
