can only record channel that i am watching
I have always been able to record one channel and watch another. now I can not
I called c/s a couple of weeks ago with a different problem and was instructed to switch the wires in the back which seemed to fix the problem at the time but now I am having the recording problem.
i tried repeating the satellite set up tonight and it stated my turner 2 was missingI tried to switch the wires back
my even transponders on tuner 2 are now missing odd numbers seem fine
tuner 1 appears fine on all transponders
now when I try to record one channel and watch another, when I flip to the other channel I get the "searching for satellite 771" message.
I have also tried the red button reset.
