Can see one DVR but not the other

I have an HR22-100 and an HR23-700. Both are networked via ethernet and both have received the update. On the HR23-700, the status shows the HR22-100 and the HR22 recordings are displayed on the recordings list.

However, the HR22-100 Multi-Room status displays "No networked DVRs found" and the other DVR's recordings do not show on the recordings list.

I have double-checked to ensure that the HR23-700 is set to share.

Any ideas???

Doing a reset and giving the system some time usually does the trick if a network check shows all the boxes are connected to the Internet.
