Cannot connect to Internet
I recently upgraded to the HR24D-500 and am attempting to connect it to the internet. I've run a cable from my downstairs router and verified everything is OK with the wire both thru an ethernet cable tester as well as connecting another computers using that cable. When I plug it into the receiver, none of the lights on the back of the box are coming on. HELP!!! I've even tried doing the advanced setup to manually assign the IP information and still nothing. At this point I'm frustrated and I don't want to have to pay to have the tech come back out again to fix.
