We'd love to help connect your DVR to your internet, @Andy64.
Did you restart your DVR and Router to see if that will help? What error message are you getting? Please let us know so we can better assist you.
We also recommend that you restart your DVR/Receiver and also reboot your router to see if that will help, if you have not done so already.
