Cannot get ahold of a supervisor for a scheduled appointment, that
So dte energy cut my tv cable running from the dish to the house, I called to get it fixed they made a same day appointment between 12-4pm. 330 I get an automated call says they are running late do I still want appointment, I push 1 for yes and they said they would be here by 6pm. 6pm no one shows I call and get told that my appointment was canceled, I asked for a supervisor and was told it would be 1-2 hours before anyone would call me back. I called again got a new cs agent asked for a supervisor again and now I’m Getting the run around for over an hour for an appointment that “magically disappeared” meanwhile my retired mother is sitting at home getting charged for shows she cannot even watch. Talk about taking advantage of old people, so instead of offering any real solutions they try to up sell me something, I’m on the verge of canceling service and you are trying to upsell me. They offered to have someone call me in 24 to 48 hours for a same day appointment. This place bring customer service to an all time low.so how do I talk to a supervisor without wasting my entire night?

CSRs have no control over the dispatching of the techs all they see is the list of available times and dates, supervisors can't change it either.
