Can't find any signal since storm

Since Hurricane isaias?? came through we have not been able to receive a signal at all. comes across as all zeros across the board. when we initially set it up i remember there being a setting we needed to change, and 95% sure i remember which setting it was but now it won't let me even highlight it in the dish set up portion. it's stuck on the SNL5 setting and i am sure we set that to SNL3 and it was like magic, but this time it's not letting me change the setting. have tried resetting everything and re-setting up the receiver, ran a new cable from the dish tot he receiver. any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Is there 1 or 3 horns on the dish? Most likely you have to align the dish, there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you have to call and wait until a CSR can setup a tech visit.

Theres just 1. Its aligned as close as i can tell. We had this issue on initial set up, with the sl5 lnb Dish type selected we would get absolutely zero signal. Changed the dish type to sl3 lnb, and it worked fine after that. this time around its auto selecting sl5 lnb and wont let me change it.

You could try disconnecting the sat in cable, reset the receiver without the cable connection when it gets to the point of 771, reconnect the cable it should then let you change the dish configuration. No guarantee that will work though.

Pretty sure its a sl5 lnb Which is what is being detected and locked in to the dish type.

Tried the disconnect/reconnent Thing, gets changed back as soon as i plug in the dish.

One horn is a 3LNB.  Is this a standard 4 coax output LNB or a single coax output SWM LNB?
