Can't get local channels.... amazing

I've spent 4 hours on the phone with "customer service" over a ridiculous issue.

I have a boat with 2 TV's and 2 DTV receivers.

One came with my satellite dish (a brand new item in a dome) which I own, the other is leased from DTV.

I subscribe to Choice Ultimate service. I live in the same zip code as my marina and receive all local channels on my other 4-receivers at home.

When I'm on the boat (again in the same zip code) I get a message on local channels that "this channel is not available at this location".

One cust. service person told me I had to pay more for local channels on my boat, the second said I should be receiving them.

I bought Gameplan so that I could see football games (considered local) but they're blacked out BECAUSE THEY'RE BROADCAST LOCALLY!!!!

There HAS to be a solution to this ridiculous issue???
