Can't lock 101-119 in Corpus Christi
Is anyone else having problems?
In the Navy RV park on the coast - 182 az- 57 el - 83
Slimline 3lnb (multi)
H23-600
using Birdog and cannot get better than 87db for either bird, then 84 for the 110.
Help...

You are likey aimed at the wrong satellite. The SL3 receives signals from the 99, 101 and 103 only. If you're seeing numbers for the 110, you're aimed too far west. You're initial settings are correct.
Note that a 3LNB Multi sat dish is not a SL3. The multisat gets the 101, 110 and 119.
