Hi @Paula45, we'll be glad to assist!

To pair your DirecTV remote control to your Hisense Roku TV, let's follow these steps:

1. Press Menu.
2. Select Settings & Help > Settings > Remote Control > Program Remote.
3. Select the device you want to pair and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once it's done your remote should be paired and ready to work.

Let us know how it goes.

The two codes displayed don't work.  Are there additional codes we can try?

I had the same problem. Stupid DVR only lists 2 codes & neither one works!  AT&T/DTV are absolutely CLUELESS! & ZERO HELP!!!

I stumbled onto this:  https://www.eliztech.com/remotes/codelists/hisense-tv-codes-for-directv

12183 worked perfectly for me.

Did anyone have any luck with this issue?  I can get my directv remote to work with the hisense roku tv except for the volume. Thanks for any help you can provide. missy johnson

Hello @Missyjo , we'd like to lend you a hand with this.

As a first step, let's make sure that the Roku you are streaming on is compatible with your DIRECTV STREAM service, you can review the list of compatible devices here.

On the other hand, please follow these steps on how to troubleshoot common sound issues on your Roku device.

It's a Hisense TV that runs the Roku operating software,  This has nothing to do with DTV streaming service.  The DTV remotes apparently have no code to operate the Hisense TV volume; they can toggle the Hisense power but nothing seems to work to control the volume on a Hisense TV.

Hi @pannetron, thanks for taking the time to share this information.

Please let us know if you've checked into the Remote Control Code Lookup to see if you can program it with a Hisense Roku TV. It includes different DIRECTV remote control models and codes for TVs or devices.

We'll be attentive to your response.

Yes, tried *all* DTV recommended codes and others suggested in this forum -- all to no avail.

LOL!  In the meantime we keep the TV's remote close by!

First we need to follow the troubleshooting steps so we can know if we require a new remote. In the meantime, you can use your online account  for DIRECTV Stream so you can watch content if you like. ^FernandoD
