Can’t see playlist

I’m confused as to what to do. Tech support tell me mobile dvr on the new app is not working. That’s why I can’t see my playlist. Someone responded on this forum and said I should be able to see my playlist under library for genie recordings. This is two different answers ????

The tech support is correct. Currently, the new app has bugs preventing anyone from viewing their DVR recordings, whether it be at home while still connected to the Genie or away from home. Hopefully, DIRECTV resolves this soon.

I was the one who originally responded to your post three days ago. I never stated you should be able to view it. So, I’m not sure where exactly you got that from.

I received a response from Directv, I think it was the developer. Is this incorrect?

Sure, you can see what is recorded. But, you can’t actually ‘watch’ DVR recordings if it is not available via on-demand.

I can’t see what’s recorded. It’s on my den dvr which is not the correct one. It’s supposed to be master bedroom. If I play with it for awhile delete app clear cache shot off put back on etc, I can sometimes get it to change and it will let me get playlist on master bedroom, but as soon as I leave app and go back on it’s back on den and will not show playlist.

What are the receiver models of the den DVR and master bedroom DVR? Are they both connected to the same network as your device? '

The master bedroom is a genie, the den is one of the older dvrs, I don’t expect to see den recordings only MB with the genie. On the old app it worked great.
