Can't watch recorded programs? (Shows 'To do list' instead)

Question

When I press the 'list' button, i cannot view my recorded shows. Instead a 'to do list' screen pops up. I have tried resetting my receiver by unplugging and plugging back in, but that didnt work. Please help!

Sounds like your HD Receiver has lost its connection to your Whole Home DVR network.

Has this ever worked properly?
Who installed your WHDVR equipment? When?
How are HD Receivers and DVRs networked together?
Do you have other networked HD Receivers? Are they able to see the DVRs' Playlists?

I was able to watch recorded shows on all receivers a couple of days ago. My equipment was installed by a Directv installer. I beleive the receivers are networked by coax cables.

Assure that you did notconnect any Ethernet or other cables to the DVR or any receivers.  Then, do a red button (inside card door) reset of all of the receivers and DVR's.
