Changing an HR22 from the SWM ant to another Ant setup

Here are the steps to change the dish type

From the Menu 

Using the Arrow buttons navigate to - select Parental, Favorites, Setup - press Select button

Using the Arrow buttons navigate to highlight - select System Set Up - press Select button

Using the Arrow buttons navigate to highlight - select Satellite - press Select button

Using the Arrow buttons navigate to highlight - select Repeat Satellite Setup - press Select button

Follow the on screen instructions and press the - Dash button

A new screen will be shown

Use the Arrow buttons navigate to Switch - then press the Select button

In the drop-down box use the Arrow buttons to highlight  02 Multiswitch then press Select button

Use the Arrow buttons and highlight Dish Type - press the Select button

 
In the drop-down box use the Arrow buttons to highlight 04 - slimline 5 LNB then press the Select button

Use the Arrow buttons to navigate to Continue until you can hight light - Watch DirectTV

Before I was switched to a SWM system I could do all that you suggest. Now my dish type and switch type are grayed out and I cannot get into them to change.  Do you know if I will not have the grayed out items once I unhookm the SWM Ant

follow the this instruction to the 'T"  it will work

I tried it to the "T" and I can't get the grayed out area to change. Below the "switch" button I do have a tuner box that says dual tuners and I can switch to the switch this to single but can't get can't get into boxes I need to change 

It's important that you specify the switch type BEFORE specifying the dish type.  That's not the order they're displayed in the menu, so it's confusing. 

Again -  the switch type and dish type are grayed out and I can't highlight either of them to change.

the receiver cannot be connected to a SWM system. you need to connect the receiver to the RV dish FIRST before you can do any of the above.

Thank you - I was hoping that was the answer but it took a while to get to it.  I will be moviong the reciever to the RV in about a week. will let you know then how it worked. Thanks again
