Chat wont let me answer questions
Katie was helping me and asked me several questions but there wasn't anywhere that I could type an answer. I wasn't done but I couldn't tell her.

for repairs on Friday. I was told by this gal that the repairs would take
place on Monday between noon and four p.m. . Well, 4p came and no
repairman. I finally got back ahold of one of your people and was told that
he would be here but was running late. I was delighted when he showed up.
He found something wrong with the satellite and fixed it but my TV still
wouldn't come on. So this morning I called to cancel my subscription. I'm
76 and right now I can't afford a new TV Plus at the end of November I'll
be going to a friends house for the winter with plans of returning here and
reinstalling Direct TV in the Spring.

The return policy is you take the receivers to the UPS/FedEx store to be scanned into the system. Return shipping boxes are taken to the post office USPS.
