Composite - No Color TV

My video input has no color and a grainy texture for the satellite channels. I'm using a composite cable for this input.

I still have color in the menus, as well as color in other inputs using HDMI, components, and coaxial cables. I have color with the receiver only with the coaxial cables on the default tv input. I have tried switching receivers, changing composite cables, as well as resetting my tv and the receiver to default settings. I'm not sure what else I should try.
