Confirmation of Returned Equipment

We received an email confirmation from DIRECTV that ONE of the THREE pieces of returned equipment had been received. How do I know if all three were received? We took all three to the UPS store together. I have a Receipt from The UPS Store showing all THREE were returned to their store together.

The receipt is the proof you returned them, unless DTV charges you for the other 2 there is nothing you need to do.

I never got any confirmation either, I kept the pictures of the tracking numbers and the serial numbers.

You need to go to one of their social media websites to send them a PM, If they send you a PM/DM then a box with lines appears at the top of this page near the bell icon.

My issue was resolved via PM. For others looking for the answer to my question, you will need to request a PM... they will send it to you in the comment section up beside your login (top right)... they will get your account info and look up your specifics. In my case, only one receiver was listed as returned... the other 2 were outdated so they were not marked as received. They were sent back though... good luck!
