Connecting my D 11 receiver to the new Flat Screen TV sets

The model D 11 receiver ( can't find the mfg. name ) Has an "S" output,  2 RCA type V, L R, outputs and a USB.and  NO  Y, Pb, Pr output.

But practically ALL flat screen TVs  DO NOT HAVE  an "S" input or V, L, R inputs.... WHAT ABOUT THE USB ?
