consistent refreshing of equipment and updating payment.
BEYOND FRUSTRATED !! I find myself refreshing your equipment multiple times a month. A while back you guys made us change our equipment calling it a UPGRADE.. HA, THIS EQUIPMENT IS JUNK !! I have called in many times and to no prevail. It's is fixed for the time being or until the next refresh is needed. I do not work for DIRECTTV NOR AT&T, you charge outrageous prices for a service that keeps needing help to work. I never had ANY problems with my old equipment. WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP REFRESHING YOUR EQUIPMENT, to receive a service that I pay out the nose for? I don't understand this. Our PRICES keep going higher and equipment keeps getting JUNKIER!! There has to be a resolutions to this. I guess I'm asking to much from SUCH a large company, but I don't think so. Also , Why do I have to continuously update my payment information when I pay my bill. The card has expired and every since then, I have to reenter a new card, even though I save the updated information.. This to should be brought to someones attention TO FIX... I have been with Direct tv for well over 25 years , yes back when it first started, when customers meant something . It's sad to say the company that I was so proud to tell people about , is now, NOT on my list of GREAT Companies!! I truly hope someone reads this and solves these issues we are having...
