Code 51 (ignore the -055) means the SWM LNB at the dish is not getting power from the Power Inserter. Unless you have an HR54 or HS17 (which have the PI built-in) the power inserter is a separate small box connected to power and to the dish. Assuming the PI is actually there, this code usually means it has been disconected from power, or the output is incorrectly cabled, or there is a cable/connector problem). Of course the PI itself may be faulty, or the LNB, but these are much rarer prolems, it's nearly always one of the faults I mention.

Make all the cables/connectors are tight.
