Differences between ENGLISH and INTERNATIONAL packages.

I'm still confused about the TV packages.

Under English packages, I see CHOICE ( 150+ ) and CHOICE EXTRA ( 210+ ).  FX is included under both of these.

Under INTERNATIONAL packages ( which is what I have with KoreanDirect ) I see BASIC CHOICE ( 85+ ) and PREFERRED CHOICE. ( 125+ ).

I can't seem to find a list of the channels for the two INTERNATIONAL packages.

Also, why are the ENGLISH and INTERNATIONAL channel packages different ?  Different satellites ?
