Direct TV has a new implementation coming up on June 11- that is probably why they are having this issue.

If they would test their software prior to installation, we might never have to go through this cr@p.  I am not happy with them at all- I can't imagine why they post only the 'good' PR...  You need an engineer from MIT just to program the remote....
