direct tv remote will not change channels, nor the tv remote will change
Stays on ONE TV STATION ONLY. Directv remote will flash green, turn tv on/off, but not change channel. I replaced battery, restarted directv box, restarted tv.

Try pressing and holding the mute and enter buttons until " You are in RF mode" comes up.
