DirecTV app

I try To watch programming on the app but it keeps saying “Error Unknown Error”. I’ve done a hard reset on my phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. It’s been this way for a week. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried logging in from another device? 

 

In the meantime, please check for any software updates available for your device. If an update is available, update your device to the latest software. Here is some information on

That did not change anything. I’ve changed my password twice. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It is something wrong with your app. This is all that I see And then it takes me back to the App Store to open the app again.

AT&T is aware of your concerns and we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible and there is no estimated time of arrival for a resolution yet.

 

You will have access to the Direct TV app again once your concerns have been resolved.

AttHelp what is going on with this app? It’s been 5 days since you said you knew of the problem and were working on it. I would like access to my programming on my phone.

let's help get your app working again
  1. Under Settings, select DIRECTV.
  2. Scroll to see Clear Login @ Startup and swipe right on the radial button to enable the feature. This clears passwords after the application launches. 
  3. Close the myAT&T or DIRECTV application and sign back in with the new password.
