Directv equipment return

I need to return my equipment but there are 4 boxes on the list but I only have 3, the 4th went bad and was taken off of my bill about 6 months ago.

What did you do with the bad box?  Did you return it?

If box was deactivated off the account, then it would have been returned at that time. I would review your prior bills to see if it reflected the correct number of TVs or if it was still on there this whole time. If the bill reduced by a single $7 fee, then I would call DirecTV and verify the 4th box to see on when it was activated to see if perhaps upon cancellation it reactivated in error.
