Hi there @ZinkysPub, thanks for reaching us out.
Follow these steps to find the access card number for your receiver and then sign in to change the name.
1. Press the MENU button on your remote control.
2. Select Settings > Info & Test.
3. Write down the number for the access card and the location of the receiver. 4. Sign in to your Account Overview.
5. Select My DIRECTV > Manage Package.
6. Scroll to the Manage receivers area and select Name receivers.
7. Select the receiver to update and follow the steps to change the location name.
