Gemini boxes do not have Caller ID. And your HR44 does have that feature. But if it was accidentally turned off there's no way to turn it back on again.
Caller Id is dead as far as DTV is concerned new receivers don't have it and older receivers that use it that stop showing it can't be fixed to make it work again.

Caller ID is obsolete and no longer functions, so you wouldn’t even be able to utilize it.
