DirecTV guide issue

What does the following mean?  Should we do a rest?

 

Channel Guide not working or having some issue, customer message would be to say we are aware of issues with the guide and are working to fix it

Are you still getting the message? Did you reset your receiver? If not, please learn how to reset your DIRECTV receiver to see if that helps.

We also suggest that you view this article to get tips on how to Refresh your DIRECTV online. Refreshing your equipment will help update your receiver, help with missing channels and service errors.
