DIRECTV Help: Error 927 and No Programs Match Error

Get Back On Demand

 

On-Demand requires an internet connection to work. To check your receiver's connection, perform the following:

  1. Press the "dash" button twice (located under the number 7 button)
  2. A popup will appear if you are connected. 

 

No Internet Connection? Setup the network connection.

 

Clearing Cache on the Reciever 

 

If your DVR is connected to the internet, you may need to clear cache from the receiver to help repopulate On Demand content.

 

Heads Up: On-Demand will need 24 hours to become available after this step is completed.

 

To cache out the DVR:

  1. Press Menu on the remote
  2. Select Search and Browse
  3. Type out "clearmybox" without spaces or quotes
  4. Select the Keyword
  5. It will say "no results found" for a moment, then will reboot on its own.

Have a Genie 2 system?

 

The steps are different to restore On-Demand Content:

  1. Press the red button on the back of the Genie 2
  2. Once programming comes up, press the red button one more time to complete a second reset on the receiver.
