Directv specs on underground wiring

I want to remove my dish from my roof, where the installer put it 4 years ago, and put it on a post in the yard.  That will allow me to have the roof refroofed and be able to clean the snow off without a 20 foot wooden stick and a rag on the end.  where can i find the specs Directv wants for putting the dish away from the house on a pole?
