Directv works, internet works, apps like disney+ indicate a connection error - code 102 shows
The apps on my smartv like disney+, prime video etc. do not work. I get a connection error. I have Directv service . I reset the router and I reset the smart hub receiver. I don't know what cable is not connected. What could be wrong.

Is your TV connected to the internet? Your router or modem antivirus or firewall could be blocking access to those services or the correct ports are not open, This is not a DTV problem.
