Distorted sound

I've had a couple of shows that I've recorded where the sound will start off ok but then it gets distorted. The picture is fine. This has happened twice. I'm wondering if my receiver might be going bad or if it was some kind of problem with the transmission signal. The last time it happened I was recording the movie "Bag of Bones" on A&E (Channel 265) at 12:01 AM on Monday morning on 12/12/11. I have the following receiver:

     Receiver:          HR20/700

     Receiver ID:      0231 8170 7540

     Access Card:   0018 6398 0312

     Software:         0x4e2, Thu 12/1, 5:45 AM

Thanks

Sorry, I've just noticed that this problem has been addressed

I had the exact same problem with Bag of Bones on A&E. I haven't seen this exact problem addressed anywhere else. Also had this happen during an episode of Castle. Any time this happens, you might as well delete the entire episode because it doesn't stop when it starts.

I am having the same issue as well.  Pretty weird.  Bag of Bones.  I recorded it, and the sound was ok for about the first hour and 15 minutes, then it's horrible. I am kind of mad, because I have to wait until Friday now to watch it.
