Do I need to confirm my installation?
i ordered new service they r due to come out monday the 16th to install it but in my email it says i need to confirm my installation and if i want to change it call this number but i dont want to change it do i still need to call them to confirm the date its already set up for?

You should not need to. but just in case, call 1-800-531-500 to make sure you are good to go

I would read other comments before the 19th especially if you're installing on more than one tv and they're giving you the genie

actually they install monday the 16th one tv and im just getting the reg hd dvr
