Does not record my first priority show, stating there is a conflict with a higher priority show.

This has happened 3 times this week. While I am not any sort of astrophysicist, I am pretty sure that if I rate a show #1 priority, it should be recorded. However 3 times this week my show was not recorded, and when I check in the history, it says this show was cancelled because of a priority with a show with higher priority. After the first time this happened, I checked the "to do list." Every time, my #1 and #2 priority show says they are set to record. Today it didn't record either one and said there was conflict with higher priority shows. 

I reset yesterday, but again, it didn't record. No luck. Any suggestions?
