Downloading On Demand Programming

I am able to download On Demand programming without any trouble except for one episode of Nurse Jackie on Showtime On Demand channel 1545.  The episode is "Caregiver".  Any suggestions?  I have tried resetting my receiver.  However,  because I am able to download all other episodes of Nurse Jackie from Showtime On Demand, I do not believe the issue is with my receiver.
