DTV our. Message says, “DELETE A LOCATION. Your accounonly autholocations. You must remove 3 locations???????

I would try the following, in this order:

-Reset your Genie receiver. this is your main box. You can reset this by pressing the red reset button either on the front (its behind a little access door) or on the side depending on the model you have. 

-If the reset did not work would suggest refreshing your receivers. you can do this by following the instructions on the web site below:

-If neither of these worked you will have to call in (1 800 531 5000). An agent will be able to see what boxes are listed on the account and will be able to resend activation to the receivers.

Hopefully this does it. I believe the last person was able to resolve the issue by step 2.
