DVR 500 model
I just got off the phone with Directv. My R15 500 is a piece of garbage. It won't record, wont allow you to use the guide, and wont change channels. Ive reset, pulled the power cord and did a reset all.
The tech lady told me that for the East coast a new version will be released Auguat 29, and the sftware will be 10D3, I did get the Aug 9th one 10c.
If this sftwre doesn't work there is going to be a problem. I'm not paying for something that is as useless as a paper weight!
