DVR Recording Problem

When it's almost time to record a program in the to do list, a message says I have to switch to the channel that is going to record because of a conflict. I have only one program listed in the to do list for recording in the specified time period.

I could record two programs fine until yesterday (07/11/2008). To get the second channel to record, I did have to switch to that channel, but never before have I had to do that when I only want to record one channel.
