Do I box up equipment or does fed ex do it for me ?
It depends. What are the equipment model numbers? Older equipment does not need to be returned. Newer equipment is taken to a UPS or FedEx Shipping Center. They'll box it up and ship it. Just be sure to take your account number and get tracking confirmation.
