Error 611 on one device

I'm getting the error code 611 on one of my televisions.  I've checked the connections to the tv and the mini; they are both secure.  I have connectivity on the main Genie, and the other two minis.

What are the receiver model numbers of the four DIRECTV boxes? Have you tried a red reset button on the one Genie Mini that is having issues? Has this been an issue in the past, and have any recent changes been made to the setup that could explain this problem?

Error Code

611, 612, 613 No servers detected. Check cabling or look for a problem with the Genie DVR.

If the main Genie is a Genie 2, then press the "add client" button on top, then reboot the client that does not connect.

(Assuming you don't have a distance issue for the non-connected client)
