Error 615 no video signal

Have a H700-100 Genie 2 with 3 wireless mini's. been operational for 4 years no issues. nothing changed.

Red flashing light on all 3 mini's.

reset and rebooted everything. refresh signal, etc....

multiple calls to CS over 3 hours total. finally got them to dispatch.

said it would be $99 service charge to come change their leased equipment. :|

been out for 2 days and counting. anything else to try before tech gets here?

You own everything but the receivers so that is why DTV has a service call fee.  DTV replaces defective receivers for free but there is a $20 shipping fee.

No, you own the dish, cables and the SWM splitters.  The HS17 Genie2 and the mini clients are leased.

OK, thats good. I lease them and as such should be covered if they fail and need replacement. I get needing to pay shipping. But no one offered to send me new gear.

3x CS reps said it was bad weather in my area :)

I will dispute the $99 service call fee. doesnt seem fair to charge me to come swap out my leased gear to troubleshoot and fix gear that isnt mine.

Actually, I rather have a remedy without tech. outside of reset, refresh and reboot. How can I check Wireless Video bridge signal/?
