Error 771 - signal loss

So we had a storm come thru this morning around 6am. The storm is now gone, but our Direc TV still does not work. Still getting the 771 error message and cannot get ahold of any one for technical support. I've tried the basic troubleshooting that is offered for that signal message and no luck. I've rebooted the receiver several times.

771 indicates no signal received by the dish. Could the dish have been struck by anything that could have knocked it out alignment? Any trees or tree limbs shifted to block the dish? If nothing obvious is visible, you'll need to get through to 800.531.5000 to get a service call. Wait times have been very long this week.

I have this same thing happening right now. Been waiting on hold for an hour and a half.
