Error Code 15-632

It's close to 2 weeks now and I cannot get my DVR-Receiver (model R22-200) to work. It worked fine when first installed but after a few months it keeps going in a diagnostic testing cycle, with the message the problem is with the hard drive to contact DirectTV, I've tried all manual resets, even tried the refresh option on the DirectTV website.

I need some help on what to do next I will try customer service again. This is very frustrating I am paying for a service that I am not even receiving......

I hope I will eventually receive some sort of reply from someone...... This is my last try before I cancel my service....
