Error code 43-928

I did a system test the other day and come up with error code 43-928. Which I believe is alignment error. I tested the three satellites 99c 100ca 100cb all registered 90percent or higher. I don't really have any problems except for yesterday i lost all my locals for a brief period, kind of ticked me off I was watching the blackhawks celebration. Should I have some come out and look at it or do you think it's fine.
